Now you can make an entire wardrobe of mix and match outfits for your 11 ½ inch fashion doll (e.g. Barbie)

Our doll clothes are created with real fashion design software and then digitized as made in the hoop embroidery designs. 

Set 1 consists of four items: 

  • a pair of ¾ length casual pants which can be finished with either a elasticized or drawstring waist, 
  • a knee length skirt with an elasticized waist, 
  • a short sleeved blouse with back Velcro closure and
  • a waistcoat.

Most of the work is done for you in the hoop. Minor assembly required by hand or sewing machine. Instructions with photos provided in PDF format.

Basic Suggestions for making Fashion Doll Clothes

Sewing for dolls is not the same as sewing for people because of the obvious difference in scale. Fabric choice is important. 
Where possible, use natural fabrics like 100% cottons. These will hang better than synthetic fabrics. Make sure the fabric 
you select isn’t too stiff. Small prints are also preferable.
Sometimes finishing by hand may be better than using your 
sewing machine, especially for tiny seams. Use fray check to prevent seams from coming undone.
