This handy scrap bag is an essential item for busy sewing rooms.
The bag is made in 3 parts, with no extra sewing other than stitching on two buttons.

The scrap bag top rests on your desk next to
your embroidery
machine. It has a built-in pin cushion and scissors pouch. The
tabs are attached in the hoop as well as the optional ribbon to tie
to your scissors.
You could also add a small design or monogram
to the top left hand corner of the scrap bag top. |
The scrap bag bottom is buttoned on to the tabs. Toss all those
snipped off threads into the bag as you work. When it's time to
pack up, simply unbutton the bag and empty the contents in the
bin.
